Where is it? Tarifa in Spain, looking over the Strait of Gibraltar to Morocco.
What's on offer? 10 rooms in a restored 17th century Moorish stable that combines traditional Spanish decor with a touch of the Orient (co-ouner Miguel Arregui used to design for Oberoi in India). The roof terrace is a pleasant place to relax; as is Tarifa itself, popular with kite surfers.
